Separate sealed bids for the construction of Sun Prairie County Water District Improvements will be received by the Sun Prairie Village County Water & Sewer District at 1047 Grant Drive, Great Falls, MT 59404 until 10:00 AM local time on Thursday, November 21, 2024, and then publicly opened and read aloud at 10:30 AM the American Legion, 370 Post Avenue, Vaughn, MT 59487.
The project consists of: The drilling, construction, and disinfection of a new water supply well for the system, new booster pumps and piping, electrical and controls, upgrades to water mains and valves at key locations, and installation of new meter pits and curb stops at the different residents. Upgrades also include the removal of an existing fire hydrant and replacement with a blow off hydrant. Contractor will be responsible for coordination with residents in the area and temporary wat er during construction.

There will be a Pre -Bid Conference at the American Legion Hall in Vaughn at 10:00 AM local time on Wednesday, November 13, 2024. Interested Contractors are encouraged to attend.
